Add accessories if you wish.
Ask me if you wish to change species, etc. (not sure at really has a gender right now, so you can choose that )
DO NOT:
Change the mane style, coloring, patterning, etc. (the dripping blood isn't really a pattern, unless you want to make that a permanent part of the design - I'm assuming it just killed something.)
